There are no restocking fees on returned Defective Merchandise.

15% Restocking Fee will apply on returned unwanted goods

All Return Requests are accepted up to 30 Days from the purchase day or 14 days from the day the item was delivered whichever comes last.  Customers will be responsible to ship back the merchandise for any reason.

To return an item for a refund please submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and you will have a reply within 48 hours (business days).
Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive your return for processing your refund.
Shipping & Handling Charges will not be refunded.

To exchange a product within the 14 days period, please use our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) service and request an exchange
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges to N1wireless.com, we will bear the cost of shipment of a replacement item to you should you request a replacement.

If you are requesting an exchange for a different model, and the new item costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference in price. We’ll refund you the difference if the new item costs less. 

A customer may choose to cancel an order as long as the request is submitted 24 hours prior to the shipment of the package.
Please understand that our customer service representatives need this time frame to make our shipping department aware of the cancellation.
If your product is already shipped, please ship it back as soon as possible for a refund to be processed.

Any applicable warranties on products are not handled through our website; each product may or may not have a warranty. For product specific warranty information you would need to contact the manufacturer of the product.

Please note: returned packages without an approved RMA will be refused and sent back.
